Your Brand Identity is the foundation of everything RogIQ generates. This page covers how to configure your brand voice and messaging so every piece of AI-generated content sounds authentically like you.
Brand Voice
Your brand voice tells the AI how to write — the tone, style, and personality that should come through in every blog post, social caption, and email.
Navigate to: Brand IQ → Voice & Messaging
What to configure
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Brand Promise | One sentence that captures your core value — the AI keeps this in mind when writing for you. |
| Tone | Choose descriptors that match how your brand communicates (e.g. professional, conversational, authoritative, friendly). |
| Style Guidelines | Specific rules the AI should follow — use of first person, Oxford comma preferences, words to avoid, etc. |
| Key Messages | The core ideas or value propositions you want the AI to weave into content naturally (2–8 recommended). |
| Writing Examples | Paste in 2–3 samples of your best existing content. This is the single most powerful input for improving AI output quality. |
Writing examples make the biggest difference. An empty voice profile will produce generic content. Paste in a blog post intro, a social caption you love, and a short company description, and the AI will immediately match your style much more closely.

Configuring Your Brand Identity
Beyond voice, your brand identity includes the visual and descriptive elements that personalize your platform experience.
Navigate to: Brand IQ → Company Identity
| Field | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Used in content, reports, and your public-facing profile. |
| Company Description | Gives the AI context about what you do so content stays relevant. |
| Industry & Location | Focuses content on relevant topics and local targeting. |
| Website URL | Enables website scanning so the AI learns your existing tone and services. |
| Logo | Appears in collaterals, reports, and white-label views. |
| Brand Colors | Applied automatically to visual assets and reports. |
Updates to brand settings apply to future content only — they don't retroactively change content you've already generated.
