Content Plans are how you tell RogIQ what to create. Each plan is a batch of related content items — blog posts, social posts, or a mix — organized around a topic or goal.
Navigate to: Content → Plans
The Plans Page
The page shows all your content plans in a list with:
Plan name and content type (Blog 6, Blog 12, etc. — showing the post count)
Status — draft, in progress, complete
Continue Where You Left Off — a banner at the top that surfaces your most recently edited plan so you can jump back in immediately
Actions — Continue, Share, or more options (⋮)
The sub-navigation also includes Calendar (visual month/week view) and Generation log (a history of all AI generation activity).
Creating a Content Plan
- 1
Click + New Plan
Click the green + New Plan button in the top right.
- 2
Name your plan and set the type
Give the plan a name (e.g. "July Staffing Content — Blog 6") and select the content type: Blog posts, Social posts, or a mix.
- 3
Choose your approach
Select how to generate topics:
Interview Session — the AI asks you guided questions about your goals and audience
Topic-Based — enter your target topics directly
AI-Generated — let the AI suggest topics based on your strategy, audience, and content history
- 4
Generate topics and review
Click Generate Plan. Browse the suggested topics, remove any you don't want, reorder, or add your own manually.
- 5
Generate content
For each topic, click Generate to create a full draft. You can generate all at once or one at a time.
Create from CSV
If you have a list of titles or topics in a spreadsheet, you can bulk-import them:
- 1
Click Create from CSV
Click the Create from CSV button next to the + New Plan button.
- 2
Download the template
Download the CSV template and fill in your titles, content types, and any additional context for each item.
- 3
Upload your file
Upload your completed CSV. RogIQ creates a plan with all your items pre-populated and ready for generation.
CSV import is ideal for agencies managing large content batches or clients who provide their own topic lists. It bypasses the AI topic generation step entirely.
Autonomous Content Cadence
At the top of the Plans page you'll see an Autonomous content cadence section. This is an agent-powered schedule that automatically generates content on a set cadence without you having to create individual plans.
Expand it to configure the schedule (frequency, content types, audience targeting)
Click Run now to trigger an immediate generation cycle
Best used once your Brand IQ, Voice & Messaging, and Audiences are fully configured

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the Generation log?
The Generation log (accessible from the sub-navigation) shows a history of every AI generation event — what was generated, when, and its current status. Use it to track in-progress generations or troubleshoot failed ones.
Can I share a plan with a client?
Yes. Click the Share button on any plan to get a shareable link. The link gives read-only access to the plan and its content items — no login required for the viewer.
What does 'One Off' mean on a plan?
"One Off" means the plan was created as a standalone batch rather than as part of a recurring cadence or campaign. Most manually created plans will show as One Off.
Can I duplicate a plan?
Yes. Click the ⋮ menu on any plan and select Duplicate. The new plan copies the topic structure but starts fresh with no generated content.
