The Reviews section of Brand IQ lets you showcase your company's reputation directly in your content and collaterals. By connecting your review sources, RogIQ can pull in real client testimonials and ratings to add social proof to your marketing — automatically.

What Reviews Does
Connected review data feeds into:
AI-generated content — the AI can reference your ratings and quote testimonials naturally in blog posts and social captions
Collaterals — testimonial pull-quotes can be automatically embedded in one-pagers and flyers
Reports — reputation highlights appear in client-facing performance reports
Website content — review widgets and testimonial sections on your site stay current
Connecting Review Sources
RogIQ can pull reviews from the following platforms:

How to connect a review source

Go to Brand IQ → Reviews
Expand Brand IQ in the navigation and click Reviews.

Click + Add Review Source
Click the + Add Review Source button.

Select the platform
Choose the platform from the dropdown (Google, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).

Enter your profile URL or ID
Paste your business profile URL for the selected platform. For Google, this is your Google Maps listing URL. For Indeed, it's your employer profile URL.

Authorize (if required)
Some platforms require OAuth authorization. You'll be redirected to that platform to grant read access, then returned to RogIQ.

Sync
Click Sync Reviews. RogIQ will fetch your current rating and most recent reviews. This usually takes under a minute.
Adding Reviews Manually
If your best testimonials come from emails, LinkedIn recommendations, or other sources that can't be connected directly, you can add them manually.

Click + Add Manual Testimonial
From the Reviews page, click + Add Manual Testimonial.

Fill in the details
Enter the reviewer's name, their title or company, the testimonial text, and an optional star rating.

Mark as featured (optional)
Toggle Featured to prioritize this testimonial for collateral and content use.

Save
Click Save. The testimonial is now available for use in content and collaterals.
Managing Your Reviews
Once connected, you can:
Filter by platform to see reviews from each source separately
Star individual reviews to mark them as featured for collateral use
Hide reviews you don't want used in content (they stay in your record but won't be pulled into AI generation)
Refresh your connected sources at any time to pull in the latest reviews
RogIQ does not auto-respond to reviews. The Reviews section is read-only — it imports your reputation data for use in content, but does not connect to your review platforms for posting or responding.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often are connected reviews synced?
Connected review sources sync automatically once every 24 hours. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time by clicking Refresh on the Reviews page.
Can the AI quote my reviews directly in content?
Yes, when the AI generates content it can draw on your featured reviews and testimonials. You can also manually insert a testimonial into a blog post or collateral by using the content editor's Insert menu.
What if I get a new 5-star review and want to use it right away?
Trigger a manual sync from the Reviews page, then mark the new review as Featured. It will be available for AI content and collaterals immediately after syncing.
Is my review data visible to other users on the platform?
Review data is scoped to your company workspace. Other companies in an agency account cannot see your review data.
