Company Identity is the foundation of your Brand IQ. It powers every piece of content the AI generates — from blog posts to social captions to SEO articles. The more complete and specific it is, the better everything downstream performs.
Navigate to: Brand IQ → Company Identity
The page auto-saves as you type — you'll see "Auto-saving enabled. AI updates will appear here" confirmed at the top. You don't need to click Save manually.
Page Controls
Three buttons appear in the top-right of the Company Identity page:

What to Fill In
Start with the "Start here" section — Website, Industry, Tagline, and Company Summary. The AI reads these on every content generation.

Write a great Company Summary. Don't just say what you do — say who you serve and what makes you different. Vague summaries produce generic content. Specific summaries produce content that sounds like it was written by someone who knows your business.
How to Update Your Company Identity

Go to Brand IQ → Company Identity
Expand Brand IQ in the left navigation and click Company Identity.

Enter your website URL
Type your website URL in the Website field. Click Open Website to verify it's correct, or View Report to see what the AI has already learned from your site.

Select your industry
Choose your industry from the dropdown. This scopes all AI topic suggestions and competitive analysis.

Add your tagline
Enter a single sentence that captures your core value. This appears in CTAs and brand-voice content.

Write your Company Summary
Fill in the Company Summary field with 3–5 specific sentences. Include what you do, who you serve, your geographic focus if applicable, and what makes you stand out. The AI reads this on every generation.

Use Fill Gaps for anything remaining
Click Fill Gaps in the top right. The AI will scan all empty fields and populate them based on your website and what you've already entered. Review everything it fills in.
The Onboarding Report
The right sidebar includes an Onboarding Report — an AI-generated analysis of your company based on everything it has learned so far. It gives you a snapshot of how RogIQ currently understands your brand.
Click View Report to read the full analysis
Click Copy Link to share it with a colleague
Click Send Email to email it directly
Click Regenerate if you've made significant updates and want a fresh analysis

How detailed should my Company Summary be?
3–5 sentences minimum. Include what you do, who you serve, your geographic focus if applicable, and what makes you stand out. The more specific you are, the less generic the AI output will be. Avoid vague statements like "we provide excellent service" — use concrete facts and numbers where you have them.
What does Fill Gaps actually do?
Fill Gaps scans every field on the page and uses AI to populate anything that's empty or thin, based on your website content and what you've already entered. It's a fast way to get a complete profile without filling everything manually. Always review what it generates — it's a strong first draft, not a final answer.
What is the Onboarding Report?
It's an AI-generated summary of how RogIQ currently understands your brand — your positioning, audience, services, and competitive context. Regenerate it after making major updates to Company Identity. You can share it with clients or team members as a quick brand briefing.
Do changes apply to existing content?
No — updates to Company Identity apply to future content generation only. Existing drafts and published content are not affected.
