The Approvals page is where content submitted for review lands. Approvers come here to review, approve, or request changes on submitted content before it goes live.
Navigate to: Content → Approvals (expand Content in the left nav)
How the Approvals Queue Works
When a team member finishes writing or editing a content item and clicks Submit for Review, it moves from Draft to Ready for Review status and appears in the Approvals queue.
The Approvals page shows all items waiting for your review. When the queue is empty, you'll see the "All caught up" state — meaning all submitted content has been actioned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I approve content without going through the Approvals queue?
Yes. Admins and Owners can approve content directly from the Blog Posts or Social Posts page by opening any item in Ready for Review status and clicking Approve in the editor.
What happens when I request changes?
The content item moves back to Draft status with a Changes Requested badge. The writer sees your notes and can edit and resubmit. It will reappear in your Approvals queue once resubmitted.
Can clients approve content?
Yes, if they have the Approver role or permission. Invite them at the company workspace level with the Approver role, or enable Content Approver permission on a Viewer account.
